I believe that education should adapt to the individual, rather than forcing the individual to adapt to a rigid system. Every student has different needs, experiences, goals and learning pace.

Language is not simply knowledge; it is communication, access and participation. And as our language expands, so does the world in which we are able to move and participate.

For me, effective teaching combines pedagogical flexibility with a structured and methodical approach. This means setting clear goals, selecting appropriate teaching strategies, using differentiated learning materials and systematically evaluating progress. Feedback is not simply a means of correction; it is a tool that helps students understand their own learning process and gradually become more independent learners.

I also believe that a good teacher needs more than excellent knowledge of their subject. A deep understanding of the field is essential, but equally important is the ability to communicate that knowledge in a clear, meaningful and student-centred way. Teaching methodology, instructional practice and an understanding of individual needs are, for me, integral parts of the educational process.

After all, a teacher never stops learning. It is essential to remain curious, continually reassess teaching methods, stay informed and keep developing alongside our students.
